- Basic Math and computer skills

- Be able to read and understand instructions for masking small items
- Part prepping, including cleaning and racking of parts
- Knowledge of computers
- Move small parts after painting for additional work
- Use of calipers and measuring devices
- Scuffing and sanding small items
- Count and record number of pieces being racked or boarded
- Fill out paperwork correctly for work done
- Must be able to communicate in English
- General housekeeping, including changing oven filters & organizing paint stock room
- Adheres to company policies, quality procedures and safety standards
- Gain basic knowledge and use of inspection tools (i.e., micrometers, dual scope)
