Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Basic Math and computer skills
  • Small item painting - if you like arts and crafts, you will love this!
  • Be able to read and understand instructions for masking small items
  • Part prepping, including cleaning and racking of parts
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Move small parts after painting for additional work
  • Use of calipers and measuring devices
  • Scuffing and sanding small items
  • Count and record number of pieces being racked or boarded
  • Fill out paperwork correctly for work done
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • General housekeeping, including changing oven filters & organizing paint stock room
  • Adheres to company policies, quality procedures and safety standards
  • Gain basic knowledge and use of inspection tools (i.e., micrometers, dual scope)
