Pay: DOE
- Support Controller in carrying out daily responsibilities of the Finance/Accounting Department.
- Develop spreadsheets, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
- Prepares payments, performs inventory costs analysis, and reconciles inventory total value.
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet account integrity.
- Maintains Fixed Assets, Depreciation schedules, and gain on the sale of fixed assets.
- Manage monthly sales tax reporting.
- Oversee CAPEX budget and weekly updates.
- Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes as needed.
- Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.
- Previous work experience in accounting
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
