The position: This person will have a strong track record of success with fee managed multifamily communities. The Regional Vice President will lead a team of Regional Managers and Serve as an executive member of the organization. The goal of this position is to drive value through effective leadership, financial insight, and innovative business strategies. This position works closely with management throughout the organization, to ensure the strategic goals and values of RPM Living are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and maximizes bottom line profitability throughout the portfolio.
  • Mentors and develops middle management, develops bench strength, creates clear and measurable goals that drive property and employee success
  • Drives consistency of operations, identifies best practices and leads implementations.
  • Facilitates a healthy, collaborative team atmosphere
  • Consults with construction partners for developed assets as well as assets undergoing renovation
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and effective employee management acumen
  • Develop and implement improved systems to monitor operating performance and team productivity
  • Stays abreast of industry compliance, legal and code issues to insure company adherence

Qualifications

  • 4 years Property Management experience, 2 years in a Regional or multi-site manager role 
  • 3rd party management experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Yardi Software a plus

Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and possessing a valid driver’s license.
