The Position:The Payment Services Admin will be responsible for supporting payment processing services for RPM Living. This role will be responsible for providing support for all properties including but not limited to customer inquiries and vendor or tenant refund payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound vendor calls, emails, and support tickets in a timely manner to support internal and external customers
• Sort and distribute mail for the accounting department
• Scan/deposit incoming checks
• Record all incoming checks
• Coordinate with on-site team members and other departments to resolve resident refund issues
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform a variety of support assignments requiring some exercise of independent judgment
• Ability to work in conjunction with site teams, applicants, residents, and other corporate partners
• Highly service oriented with desire to assist others
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy
