We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of our facility, ensuring that all repairs and preventive maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for training and supervising other maintenance staff members.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Monitor and inspect the work of maintenance staff to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Train new staff on proper safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
