Position Summary: The Accounting Associate Intern will be responsible for supporting corporate accounting services for RPM Living. This role will be responsible for supporting administrative functions of the corporate accounting departments including but not limited to Cash Management, Accounts Payable processing, banking administration, daily mail, and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Tenant and Vendor Payment Processing
• Corporate Accounts Payable Processing
• Payment Research
• Account Balance Reconciliations
• General Bank Administration
• Special Projects as required

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree Finance or Accounting program from a four-year college or university preferred; or 2-4 years’ experience in performing general accounting and cash management duties
• Highly service oriented with desire to assist others
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and management
