Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize pharmacy services, improve efficiency, and enhance patient care.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting professional growth and development among pharmacy staff.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the pharmacy department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate pharmacy services seamlessly into overall healthcare delivery.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure compliance with all pharmacy standards.

Shift:

• Varied Shift- Pharmacy operation hours include:
  • Monday-Friday: 7:00am-10:00pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 7:00am-8:00pm
• Must be willing to work 40 hours a week.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree required.
• Active IL Pharmacist license.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Willing to commit to a 36-month assignment.
