Hourly Rate: Competitive plus Uncapped Commission

In this role, you'll be stationed within major retailers, educating customers about the benefits of solar energy and generating leads for our solar solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in-store to promote solar energy solutions.
• Educate customers on the advantages of solar power and its potential cost savings.
• Generate high-quality leads by initiating conversations and qualifying potential customers.
• Schedule appointments for our solar energy consultants.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in retail lead generation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm for renewable energy and sustainability.
