Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Generator to join our team. As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for outbound calling to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong sales and customer service skills who enjoy building relationships and meeting targets.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set up appointments
- Engage in persuasive and effective communication to promote our products and services
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointments
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and appointment details
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Strong ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software (such as GoHighLevel) or similar tools
