Note: We will prioritize candidates that has minimum of five years (ADP experience preferably in a manufacturing environment)
The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for payroll processing in ADP and assist in running the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department.

The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for payroll processing in ADP and assist in running the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department.
Job Description:
- ADP processing of new hires and all hiring or termination related items
- Maintaining / Updating Attendance Counts portal in ADP
- Time and attendance review and processing for bi-weekly payroll
- Processing time and attendance schedule changes and/or area transfers
- ADP confirming and processing voluntary benefits and 401k contributions
- Preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll
- Managing the tuition reimbursement program
- Managing the company service award program
- Updating and maintaining benefit portal to include HSA co
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
At least five years of human resource experience.

- ADP proficiency a MUST
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
