Job description

We are seeking to staff a Leasing Agent located in Bedford, NH, to join our team. This position is exclusively responsible for leasing apartments at specific luxury condominium and assisting tenants with their needs. Their duties include meeting with prospective tenants to determine lease terms, receiving security deposits and coordinating with current tenants to discuss lease changes.

Key Functions:

• Meeting potential renters and guiding them on tours of available units
• Following up on leads for potential renters
• Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards
• Handling application fees
• Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service

Requirements:

• Sales and marketing skills
• Experience preferred but no necessary
• Personable, professional outgoing
• Good organization, project management and time management abilities
• Great customer service skills
• Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication

Full-time availability required. Hours would be:

Tues: 9am-6pm

Weds: 10am-7pm

Thurs & Fri: 9am-6pm

Saturday: 9am-5pm

$20-25/hr.
