Summary:

Serving meals and beverages to residents, by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)

1. Set up dining room with glassware, dishes, flatware, etc. Appropriate for meals to be served.
2. Serve residents in the dining room
3. Ability to properly use Toast software
4. Demonstrate sanitary food handling and equipment safety.
5. Properly store and label food items.
6. Maintain standards of sanitation and food handling based on County, State and Federal regulations.
7. Maintain clean, neat work area, and perform cleaning tasks as assigned.
8. Report needed repairs in work areas.
9. Be available during emergency situations.
10. Be available for a.m. and p.m. work shifts.

Education And/or Experience 

Previous food service experience.

Language Skills 

Ability to follow oral and written instructions in the English language.

Reasoning Ability 

Able to follow directions.
