Mondrian South Beach is looking for an In Room Dining Attendant. The candidate must be able to take orders via phone, set up and deliver Room Service orders in accordance with Baia Beach Club standards. Deliver and sets up amenity presentations, and provide service for functions in Hospitality Suites.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Take orders and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques. Clear tables during service.
- Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
- Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Management.
- Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
