Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of schematics, logic controllers, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
