Overview:

We are seeking a Bilingual Retail Salesperson to join our team. As a Bilingual Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting sales in a retail environment. If you are fluent in multiple languages and have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

- Assist customers in finding and purchasing products that meet their needs

- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers

- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly organized

- Assist with inventory management and replenishment

- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Skills:

- Fluent in multiple languages, including [Spanish]

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

- Knowledge of technology products and ability to sell technical products effectively

- Proficient in using technology devices such as tablets or smartphones for product demonstrations

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment

- Strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries
