Royal Health Gate Nursing is Hiring a Dietary Aide Near Trenton, NJ
Currently seeking dietary aide for Long Term Care facility job opening in the Trenton, NJ area. The ideal candidate will be punctual, dependable and will have a positive, team oriented, perspective. 15-20 hours per week includes weekends.
Compensation for the Dietary Aide
- Hourly Range: $13.00 /hour
Requirement of the Dietary Aide
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions proficiently in the English language
- Ability to perform the essential job functions such as but not limited to, the effective communication with residents, staff and Supervisor
- Ability to perform the physical demands such as but not limited to, standing and walking for long periods, safely lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities of the Dietary Aide
- Ensures that resident meal preferences and/or requests are handled in a timely manner and notifies Supervisor of issues beyond their ability to resolve
- Assist in providing a safe environment for our residents and staff
- Uses proper food handling and sanitation techniques at all times
- Uses proper procedures to complete assigned dish ware washing, equipment cleaning and sanitation
- Conform to safety and infection control practices and policies
