**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions, as well as marketing efforts

**Duties:**

• Build and improve relationships with customers
• Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
• Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
• Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
• Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
• Oversee customer relationship management system.

Marketing

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the business and brand
• Manage social media efforts
• Manage paid search ads and e-blasts and analyze campaigns and conversion rates
• Work with sales to create magazine ads, print mailings, e-mail blasts, and direct mail
• Work with advertising agency’s graphic designer to design, proof, and print print publications.
• Manage company website, working with advertising agency’s web designer
• Manage marketing platforms to enhance the business, including the CRM.
• Help facilitate quarterly marketing meetings
• Assist sales team with updating tradeshow materials
• Manage Showroom displays and in store marketing
• Oversee Digital Prictag software

Pay: $51,039.00 - $55,827.00 per year
