Must be dynamic, and organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Some of the key responsibilities include : *
• Responsibilities may include additional tasks according to the needs of the department and the organization* *
• Boost sales by generating referrals from existing and potential accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with contract referral sources.
• Conduct individual / Group presentations for health professionals, seniors and others.
• Conduct individual / group presentations for health care professionals, seniors and others in order to reach Medicaid eligible home care patients.
• Enroll and refer Medicaid eligible individuals to contracts sources.
• Required Skills / Abilities : *
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Education and Experience : *
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous health care marketing experience (Home Care preferred).

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
