Royal Anchor Resort is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Old Orchard Beach, ME

We are currently seeking part time office help. We have day and night shifts available. We are open May 3rd until mid-October.

The Royal Anchor Resort a seaside hotel in Old Orchard Beach is looking for someone to join our front desk team! The Royal Anchor is a 50 year old family owned and operated hotel where we are known for our customer service. Our front desk associates excel at multi-tasking while always exceeding our guest’s expectations. This is great job for all types of job seekers. Some responsibilities include:

  • Attending to guest needs, including, but not limited to, registration, checkout and cashiering.
  • Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
  • Registering guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and payment information.
  • Issuing keys and posting miscellaneous charges as requested.
  • Taking reservations over the phone and in person

Basic qualifications:

  • Full understanding and belief in the phrase customer service
  • Clear and confident communication skills – face to face and over the phone
  • The ability to be positive and have a calming presence
  • Willingness to learn - Experience is not needed - we will train you!

We are open from 7:30am to 10:00pm. We are currently seeking to fill day and evening shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed

Work setting:

  • In-person
  • Resort
