Rowley White is the number 1 Toy Hauler Dealer in Arizona! We are expanding our service team and looking to add a service writer. We are open Monday-Saturday and overtime is readily available. Some of the job details include

-scheduling appointments with customer

-Walking through trailer when customers drop off and recording issues with customers

-Working with the service technicians to submit for any warranties or parts

-Calling customers with updates on their trailer

-Following up on parts arriving and warranty responses until the trailer is finished and picked up

-Walking through completed trailer with customer when they pick up

Technical background on how trailers operate is very helpful to be able to relate to customers but in house training is available.

Typing and computer knowledge is helpful to be able to quickly navigate through the manufacturer's website portals.

Communication skills are a must to be able to accurately and clearly speak with customers over the phone and in person so everybody is on the same page.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
