Little Dealer Little Prices is looking for a Service Advisor / Writer . This role works with customers to schedule service work and communicate any additional service needed.

Essential Job Functions

• Identifies RV problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
• Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles
• Prepares repair orders (RO)
• Handles customer complaints and maintains high customer satisfaction standards
• Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the customer as needed to keep them up to date with their RV’s status

Qualifications

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience : A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred
• Abilities : Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, as required is essential.
