Rowland Pest Management in Casselberry, FL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Door to Door Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Door to Door Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in recruiting, hiring, and training a high-performing door-to-door sales team.
You will provide mentorship, guidance, and ongoing training to ensure the success of our sales representatives. Additionally, you will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional sales skills and professionalism to inspire and motivate your team.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $100k per year , accompanied by excellent benefits, bonuses, and additional perks .

RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, hire, and train a skilled door-to-door sales team
Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to sales representatives
Conduct ride-alongs with the sales team, demonstrating effective sales techniques and professionalism
Assist team members in developing persuasive strategies and closing deals
Offer one-on-one support and feedback to team members when needed
Foster a positive and supportive team environment to ensure collective success
Uphold the company's commitment to excellent customer service
Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales strategies and customer experiences
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in door-to-door sales
Previous experience in sales management
Trustworthy and persuasive with excellent leadership abilities
