- Can work flexible/rotating hours between 7am and 6pm.

- Can provide superior customer service.

- Will answer inbound calls with confidence.

- Is computer literate/tech savvy.

- Can adapt to changes in priority quickly and is able to multitask well.

- Is able to work with little or no supervision.

- Is organized and can think two steps ahead.
