Field Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:

• Schedule appointments and track work order progress using company software
• Exterior maintenance knowledge is a must, i.e. Siding repairs, Roofing repairs, etc. Some construction experience and minor finish work is a plus
• Maintain high level of customer service interacting with internal/external clients
• Use of problem-solving techniques and analytical skills
• Use of a company vehicle to address maintenance work orders at various locations throughout the day
• Support team members, be a team player and be eager to learn
• Track expenses used at job sites
• Understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
• On-call rotation required
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Skills

• Basic understanding of general maintenance and construction
• Must have attention to detail skills and excellent written communication skills
• Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively
• Flexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled at functioning independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
• Valid Drivers License required

Pay: $30 per hour based on experience
