ROW HOUSE GROUP FITNESS COACH

Row House is hiring a few inspiring individuals for our crew. If you love music, love fitness and want to make a difference in people's lives, this may be the job for you. No prior fitness experience or rowing experience is required. We provide the training.

Row House is a national fitness franchise that offers high-energy, music driven group fitness classes combining rowing intervals with resistance based floor exercises for the ultimate All-in-One, low impact, cardio enhancing, full-body strength workout for all fitness levels. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of up to 25 clients
• Energize and motivate clients throughout rowing sessions
• Build Row House class attendance and retain current clientele
• Teach proper rowing technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following

• Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people
• Fantastic communication that exudes energy AND empathy
• Love and understanding of music, aka musicality
• Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
• Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to get on the erg!
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
