Seeking Sales Manager having prior experience with sales and management. A true passion for fitness and sales is ideal. The Sales Manager will oversee all day to day studio functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Growing the membership-based business
• Lead our coaches and front desk staff to create incredible experiences for our clients
• Managing day-to-day operations and staff schedules
• Must be organized and responsible for scheduling our members and equipment
• Ensure that our customer experience is excellent every time.
• Must be able to learn and effectively communicate our message to prospective members

Marketing/Sales

• Must have experience with marketing strategies to grow our member community
• Enjoy promoting and managing events
• Work with owner on events and marketing related efforts
• Weekly reporting and KPIs to ensure we are on track
• Ongoing community outreach to help educate
• Internal culture development

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
