What does a Rouse Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) do?

• Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents.
• Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding residents as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning residents; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.Provides resident comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting residents; answering residents’ call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the resident to nursing supervisor.
• Ensure that the dignity of all residents is preserved as you carry out working tasks.
• Enhances nursing department by working together as a team to accept ownership for tasks while exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

What are the requirements to be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at the Rouse?
