As a Store Associate, you bring the Rough & Tumble experience to life in our new Flagship Store, opening in June 2024 in Portland, Maine. You are the face of the brand and proudly represent. With genuine passion, you work with store leadership to encourage exploration of the Rough & Tumble exclusive, signature mix of visual balance, clean architecture, and high function to achieve trend-free, heirloom-quality design.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You’re passionate about Rough & Tumble handbags for everyday adventures: You are a great listener and are excited to share product details to suit each client’s unique style needs and drive store results through sensible suggestions.
- You're a merchandising and operational innovator: You execute daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards throughout the day to ensure the store is always a clean, organized, and inviting environment ready to deliver Rough & Tumble superior customer service standards through every touchpoint.
- You’ve got integrity: You are reliable, motivated and willing to go above and beyond to uphold Rough & Tumble values and adhere to company policies and procedures.

- You have 1 years of prior luxury retail experience
