The average retail associate/ product manufacturer will have many responsibilities, from working on the sales floor, educating patients to packaging up products, or delivering to patients while ensuring an exemplary standard of customer service, or doing the same as a retail associate in the store. They will be responsible to learn common grow practices as well as marketing strategies using weedmaps and Blaze POS For dispatch, delivery, and in store. sales.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Packaging and labeling duties
• Pre-rolling Joints
• Trim harvested cannabis
• Maintain an exemplary level of customer service
• Grow help when needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
