Position Summary: Verify and audit commissions for Sales Department.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Review pay plan assignments on a weekly basis for accuracy as assigned by the site
  • Audit sales data in PeopleSoft, Oracle and CRS
    • Notify HR and other related departments of any discrepancies
    • Make any necessary corrections in appropriate systems
    • Submit license information updates to corporate to be entered in Oracle
  • Run weekly CRS reports for scheduled commission payments
  • Track Owner Transfer Program Sales and Cancellations for commission and bonus payments
  • Review commission/bonus
    reports and verify all entries are accurate and commission and bonus are paying in compliance with the company approved compensation plans and corporate promotional incentives
  • Work closely with corporate commission and sales admin departments to ensure that all discrepancies are corrected and commission and bonus is paid accurately.
  • Review final reports and distribute commission statements to sales management
  • Maintain PREP Program
    • Run CRS reports on referred reps to determine PREP bonus
    • Process PREP payments in a timely manner and notify the sales management and recruiters
  • Update CRS with any team changes and send out team lists to the sites in a timely manner
  • Assist sales staff with commission questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update all data on Shared
    Drive
  • Prepare special audit and analysis as requested
  • Maintain policy updates and changes
  • Responsible for meeting all corporate commission deadlines
  • Provide proactive and professional communication to sales employees
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • One year timeshare industry experience preferred
  • One year Commissions Payroll experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required to include Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Wyndham Vacation Ownership software system experience preferred
  • Professional business appearance and effective communication skills
