Key Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions

• Invoices RES, RIS and RTS customers through the ERP system.
• Processes customer credits.
• Invoices inter-company orders.
• Files invoices to provide documentation for customer/management inquiries
• Prepares invoices for mailing.
• Posts daily cash receipts to customers A/R ledger updating amounts owed by customers.
• Files customer remittance advices.
• Makes collection calls to customers whose accounts are past due.
• Responsible for reporting daily invoicing totals
• Performs general clerical duties.
• Daily use of advanced PC and business computer applications, telephone conferencing and e-mail.
• Understands RES’ ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) and assists with executing its objectives.
• Performs other job-related duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Three or more years’ experience on fast-paced, analytical, and small to mid-sized organization with hands-on responsibility for managing and improving A/R processes.
• An Associates Degree in Accounting is preferred. A high school diploma or GED with training in accounting with work experience may be considered.
• One to three years’ experience in an automated accounting environment.
• Must be proficient in Excel and Word. Experience with accounting software packages is a plus.
• Experience with multi-corporations or division highly desirable.
• Ability to provide cross functional support is highly desirable.
• Must be willing to work extended hours as necessary.
