Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs.
Duties:
- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- · Position requires an Associate Degree in an appropriate major.
- Needs to possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a role requiring recruiting knowledge and administration of Human Resource or other Company programs.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
-Experience with cold calling and sales techniques in recruitment. - Individual must have strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to most inquiries and/or requests for information.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
