Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-2 years in building maintenance, including background in electrical, plumbing and construction/carpentry or related experience and/or training.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to complete routine reports and correspondence. Must possess good interpersonal skills, including being able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form to other departments.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language. Basic computer skills. Must be able to read basic blueprints. Must be able to use small hand tools, as well as large power tools.

Min. Pay: $21.00/hr OT as needed

Rosina compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. The annual salary is just one component of Rosina’s total compensation package. Other rewards may include incentive compensation bonuses. Compensation ranges may differ but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
