Rosewood Hotels and Resorts is looking for a dynamic houseperson to join our team!
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas assigned.
- Delivers bags of clean linens to assigned units daily.
- Removes dirty linen from assigned units and transport it to the laundry room daily.
- Remove trash and debris from assigned units that are being cleaned.
- Remove firewood/ash from fireplaces during winter months.
- Assists the laundry attendant as needed in cleaning and folding linens.
- Delivers amenities and other supplies to guestrooms as needed.
- Helps maintain stock all storages rooms with housekeeping supplies.
- Follows the job-training program for daily and project work.
- Helps prepare the linen bags the day before for the next day departures.
- Common area restrooms inspected often to assure they remain neat and clean.
- Clean public areas and hallways.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and at times mulit-task.
- Ability to keep calm, responsive and friendly under pressure.
- Ability to handle a variety of different tasks at once as well as challenges that may arise with guests, owners and/or co-workers.
- Customer service focused with a friendly approach.
- Planning/Organizing.
- Team Work.
Language: Required to speak basic English.
