Rosegate Mortgage was founded in Charlotte in August 2020. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of 25 loans on a consistent basis
  • Ensure we have the correct documentation from borrowers
  • Responsible for ensuring the loans are on track to close on time
  • Weekly pipeline updates with our Loan Officers and consistently communicating updates
  • Prepare the documentation of loans for initial and any additional underwriting review
  • Work closely with the underwriting team
  • Responsible for updating loan status in our internal systems
  • Work closely with settlement agents, insurance agents, and other third parties
  • Work with multiple wholesale lenders
  • Closing and post-closing responsibilities for correspondent loans

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 1 years of experience in a Mortgage Processing position
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organization skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
