Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation, a small, warm nursing home in Williamsport, PA, is looking for a Part Time COVID-19 Screener to join its team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Rose View is known for its rewarding work environment and team atmosphere.

10 Day Biweekly Schedule between 5am-9am

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receptionist to screen staff, and welcome people at the check point(s) designated by the Center facility.
• Receptionist screening staff will ask health screening questions, conduct temperature checks, and do the COVID-19 testing.
• The receptionist screener will follow locally established procedures in directing those who answer "Yes" to screening questions or have an abnormal temperature level to a designated area for further care by medical staff. These directives are in accordance with the CDC COVID -19 screening protocols.

Education and Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited highschool or GED Preferred.

Computer knowledge required.

A physical examination and or evidence from a physician indicating freedom of communicable disease upon employment.

Must be in good physical and mental health

Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Effectively communicate with Others.

Experience:

Previous receptionist experience is desirable.

Experience in a long term setting is preferred.

Specific Requirements:

Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

Knowledge of elderly, ill and or disabled.

Must have patience, tact a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
