POSITION: ERP Programmer/Analyst
Description of Duties to be Performed: Design, develop and implement ERP-related information services; Provide troubleshooting for isolating technical and functional problems in PeopleSoft environments. Analyze and debug issues with SQRs, PeopleCode, Application Engine, File Parser, and SQL database; Train users on the use of new applications or enhancements to existing applications; Create system and program documentation as needed for new and existing systems; Recommend changes to existing systems or implementation of new systems as needed to improve the efficiency of the system or the process; Regular attendance is an essential function of this position; Perform other related duties as assigned by the Associate Vice President of Information Systems. Design, develop and implement ERP-related information services. Review requests for system modifications and analyze the complexity, scope and feasibility of implementing the modifications. Train users on the use of new applications or enhancements to existing applications. Create system and program documentation as needed for new and existing systems. Recommend changes to existing systems or implementation of new systems as needed to improve the efficiency of the system or the process. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent education and experience. Six (6) months hands-on experience in programming, development and implementation of ERP applications. Proven development and troubleshooting expertise with SQL. Work experience in a team environment and an independent environment. Light lifting up to 10 lbs and light carrying up to 10 lbs required. Prolonged time working at a computer workstation. Ability to reach above shoulder. Periods of time spent sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending and stooping. Manual dexterity sufficient to type.
Desired Qualifications: Two (2) years experience working with a PeopleSoft environment using SQL, SQR, PeopleCode, Application Engine and Query Analyzer. PowerShell experience is a plus. Sharepoint experience is a plus. Microsoft Power BI experience is a plus.
