The manager and team of a high-profile pop-star is looking to fill a junior, but pivotal, role in supporting the day-to-day needs of an entertainment manager. This role is a hybrid of remote and on-property in the Hollywood Hills. Core schedule will be Mon - Fri with occasional flexibility needed for evenings and weekends. This role will include some travel domestically, including upcoming international travel next year.

The responsibilities of this role are heavy admin, including lots of calendar management, scheduling, and logistics. The ideal candidate will be hyper-organized and an excellent communicator. We are looking for someone who is very proactive and can anticipate needs. Must be a team player who is willing to learn the dynamics of this young, vibrant, and exciting organization. This is a client we have placed with previously and by all accounts they are wonderful!

Salary: 75k DOE, eligible for health insurance.
