Senior Financial Analyst

Rose Financial Solutions (ROSE®) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with strong organizational and database skills who can sift through large sets of data to support both internal and external teams.

Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate with department heads and maintain project schedules. Maintain and report budget to actual for contracted metrics and budgeted hours compared to actuals. Contribute to firmwide resource planning, including utilization and availability monitoring. Report on project performance and SLA's. Perform pricing analysis and make recommendations for adjustments to pricing, including new products, new configurations, new base and incremental costs. Maintain products and pricing items. Maintain strategic plan reporting for objectives, initiatives and tasks. Maintain key results tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field from a US accredited institution
• 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial software and systems
