Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical administrative support and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Duties: - Manage and supervise office staff, including nurses and administrative personnel - Coordinate and oversee office procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as JCAHO standards - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient files and billing information - Collaborate with managed care organizations to ensure proper reimbursement for services rendered - Assist with human resources functions, such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and equipment for the office - Serve as a liaison between the office and external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and vendors Skills: - Strong background in medical administrative support, preferably in an acute care or dental office setting - Knowledge of managed care systems and experience working with insurance providers - Familiarity with JCAHO standards and regulations - Proficient in medical records management and electronic health record systems - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a diverse team - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation.
