**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our company.

**Duties:**

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement

- Manage marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and digital advertising

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product messaging and positioning

- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and website content

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results

- Utilize marketing automation tools for efficient campaign management

**Qualifications:**

- The ideal candidate will have at least a basic understanding of midwifery care, doulas and the "crunchy" lifestyle.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

- Proven experience in marketing, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial principles related to marketing activities

- Proficiency in social media marketing and product management

- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and advertising strategies

- Experience with market research techniques and analysis

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus
