Your responsibilities include overseeing leasing activity, ensuring resident satisfaction, optimizing financial performance, and mastering regulatory compliance. Essential Job Functions

  • Engage stakeholders promptly to enhance client satisfaction and project completion.
  • Manage lease enforcement, sales, and marketing initiatives to meet occupancy targets.
  • Supervise resident retention programs and address concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and set staff goals.
  • Oversee community inspections, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and handle emergencies.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and analyze financial performance.
  • Process invoices and maintain positive resident relationships.
  • Must be present on-site and be able to move throughout the building to address community-related matters, including exceptional communication skills to meet with tenants, staff, vendors and visitors.
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs and be comfortable with exposure to varying environmental climates and circumstances.
  • Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of multifamily residential community management experience.
  • Experience with HUD affordable housing programs
  • COS certification is preferred
  • Proficiency in property management software (i.e., iLuvLeasing, On-Site, Yardi).
  • Strong understanding of building operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Valid NYS real estate license or ability to obtain one within 120 days of employment.
  • Ability to work weekends as needed and be available for emergencies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work authorization (required)

In addition to base compensation, significant incentive pay and full benefits packages are available.

Rose Associates requires all colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless there is an approved religious or medical exemption.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
