Position: Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the accounting department, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable and general ledger management.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline accounting processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems and software, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Maintain accurate and timely accounting records in accordance with established guidelines.
• Provide support to the management team by offering insights derived from accounting data.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams.
• A commitment to professional growth and staying informed about best practices in accounting.
• Previous accounting experience is essential, with a track record of reliability and effectiveness in similar roles.
