Rooted 3 in Bethesda, MD is looking for Team Members - Cashier, Service Line, and Smoothie Station for our quick serve restaurant. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, is great with customers, is a great communicator, and can work at a fast pace.

As a Team Member, you will be a part of a fast casual restaurant that provides food for the mind, body, and planet! You will provide meals and drinks that leave everyone feeling great, because good food = good mood! We have a fully plant based and top 9 allergen free menu.

Qualifications

• Experience working food service line or smoothie station
• Team player
• Ability to work at a fast-pace
• Excellent communicator (will need to accurately answer detailed customer questions about allergens)
• Outgoing and bubbly with all customers
• Enjoys talking to people and social interaction

What You’ll Do As A General Team Member:

• Make smoothies, spritzers, and coffees
• Check out customers on the point of sale register
• Assist customers in creating their bowls on the service line
• Answer questions about the menu, specific items and ingredients, and retail area
• Alert back of house when food items are running low in the service line
• Stock and tidy up the retail area and grab-n-go’s
• Clean and Tidy up the front of house, back of house, and courtyard area
• Opportunity to Assist prep cooks and line cooks

Pay: $16.75 - $17.00 per hour
