As our newest Customer Support Team Member, you are enthusiastic about our company products and goals, and want to share that enthusiasm with your peers, local companies, and consumers. Your main goal is to cultivate customer connections in order to increase customer loyalty and expand your consumer base, and you play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience. The objective of this position is to raise client recognition through genuine conversations, a passion for people, and other creative methods.

Core Job Responsibilities of the Customer Support Team Member:

  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our customers products and services
  • Engaging and educating consumers on services offered, while also ensuring that they have a favorable impression of the client and product portfolio.
  • Assisting in the client management of any new or existing customers to answer questions, overturn objections, surpass their needs, and increase satisfaction
  • Conducting research on competitors to ensure we maintain a cutting edge
  • Tracking and measuring customer conversion rates, interactions, and other vital indicators; making adjustments as needed to keep our customer for the long-term
  • Representing the clients with honesty, and communicating key concepts clearly

Customer Support Team Member Qualifications:

  • 1 – 3 years of demonstrated customer service experience
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environment and the ability to adjust under pressure
  • Proven ability to build client rapport and enhance the consumer experience
  • Passion for meeting new people and building genuine relationships
  • Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
  • Must be extremely motivated, self-directed, and capable of working autonomously

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
