Division/Department: Wellness Concierge

Reporting Relationship: Wellness Concierge Lead 

Compensation Structure: $15-17/hr bonus opportunities

Position Summary:

The Wellness Concierge will serve as the first impression for Root – the gatekeeper and the concierge for our customer experience. They will initiate an amazing guest experience and maximize scheduling opportunities during phone calls, guided tours, check-in and check-out and other tasks as assigned.

The main objective of the Wellness Concierge is to provide a high-touch, personalized experience to our customers that results in increased frequency and retention.

Responsibilities include overseeing the reception area and the back of the house appearance, including direct client interactions, phone calls, email bookings and sales to maximize and achieve revenue targets. The Wellness Concierge team takes pride in promoting and selling our membership packages, as well as providing a great atmosphere for our members and guests.

You will be working in a fun, positive team environment, and we are looking for friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic people who enjoy promoting the benefits of integrative health services with a high level of customer service.

Qualifications:

· 2-5 years experience in spa, clinic or retail environment

· Interest in a natural approach towards health, skin care, food, movement, clinic

· Ability to drive sales and growth in services, memberships and retail
