Summary
We are looking for more than just sales. We want that unique individual who can capture new customers and then turn them into repeat buyers. Our ideal customers own or manage commercial real estate and need help managing their roofs. This is not your typical residential re-roof sale where it is one sale and done. Our tools and approach help our customers budget and plan for repairs to stay in front of roofing emergencies. This only works when we create deep relationships of trust through our Relationship Managers and Service Technician teams.
Opportunity
This position has a base salary of $50k with benefits. This is not a draw against commission; you are creating full commission sales from your first sale (whether for a current client or new relationship) in addition to your base salary. We provide a company vehicle, cell phone and computer. Our current Relationship Managers average income is between $110,000 - $150,000 per year. This role provides residual income which grows each year in addition to your base salary and new relationship sales. We provide training and a proven sales methodology as well as having top reviews from our clients on our website (www.roofinginnovation.com). This role will work with some of our existing client base as well as create new relationships in the marketplace. Commission is uncapped and grows as you make more sales. We expect first year Relationship Managers to earn up to $110,000 per year with second year Relationship Managers earning $150,000 . We don’t cap earnings.
Skills
We need you to have sales experience and traditional sales skills: self-motivated, competitive, persuasive, energetic, engaging, and honest. You’ll need to find customers and close deals. We also need you to be inquisitive and learn about your customers so you can guide them to solutions that they may not be utilizing. It is your job to become a trusted resource they can rely upon. We also need you to be teachable and coachable so you can quickly learn our industry, our business and our processes. If you have sold pest control or home security, that will give you a solid skill base for this role.
