What You'll Do


As an In-Bound Lead Closer, you'll be entrusted with the vital task of converting warm leads into satisfied customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to:

  • Analyze leads and engage with potential customers in-person.
  • Clover leaf knocking around appointments.
  • Ability to climb roofs and perform a video roof inspection.
  • Employ a strategic approach to follow-up and maintain relationships with prospects until the deal is done.
  • Nurture a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with team members to hit and exceed sales targets, sharing insights and best practices.
  • MUST have strong ethics, high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first.

The Ideal Candidate


A closer with a consistent record of sales success:

  • Solid experience in sales, specifically as a closer with documented achievements.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Has reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work throughout the day, including evenings and some Saturdays.
  • Proficient in working with computer software
  • Able to pass a background check
