Ronald Duffin DDS is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Hemet, CA

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a front desk receptionist in a medical or dental office is preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and eClinicalWorks or similar electronic medical record systems is desired
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
