Our busy law office is looking for an individual with high energy and great communication skills to fill our Front Desk Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize
• Greet and assist clients and guests in a welcoming and professional manner
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Receive and sort through daily mail
• Receive and record payments on a daily base

Previous office experience is necessary.
